Q: Do I need a lawyer?
The simple answer is sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. That is why we will meet first to discuss your situation and decide whether a lawyer could assist you.
Q: What do you charge?
The first hour is FREE. This enables each of us to work out if you need a lawyer and so you can decide whether you wish to proceed. If we proceed costs are discussed and an estimate is provided before any work is completed.
Q: When should I call?
If you are worried enough to be searching for lawyers then it is probably time to call now. The earlier we can become involved, the better we are able to assist.
Q: I am unhappy with my current lawyer. Can I change?
Your lawyer is entirely your decision, however before you change it is advisable to sit down with your current lawyer and honestly set out all the problems that you are having. Many times it is a miscommunication and can be fixed.
